At TOPH, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please refer to our return policy guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.

Return Conditions

Eligibility for Return:

  • Only items that are faulty or damaged upon receipt are eligible for returns.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Eligible Returns:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds due to a change of mind.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Reship and Restock Fee:

  • If there is no nearby warehouse for returns, a reship and restock fee will apply.
  • This fee covers the cost of shipping the item to our main warehouse and restocking.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us:

  • Email us at info@toph.store with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our customer service team will provide a return authorization number and instructions.

Shipping the Return:

  • Securely package the item in its original packaging.
  • Include the return authorization number in the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by customer service.

Processing Your Return:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
  • The reship and restock fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions:

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
